Deposit

A €30 deposit is required on all First Appointments and on all online bookings. If more than 24 hours notice is given, then this deposit will be kept as credit on the account to be used against the next appointment.

We understand that life is unpredictable and appointments may have to be rescheduled. However 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Otherwise a €30 cancellation fee will apply. If this happens a second time a €30 cancellation fee will apply, and further appointments may have to be paid in advance.

Re-scheduling of appointments

While a certain amount of re-scheduling can be accommodated, if appointments are repeatedly being re-scheduled/cancelled, further appointments may not be offered.
